李永明，博士，教授，博士生導師，永樂高ylg888888副校長，國務院政府特殊津貼專家，2018年獲得“國家優(yōu)秀青年科學基金”資助，遼寧特聘教授?，F(xiàn)為IEEE高級會員，中國自動化學會平行控制與管理專業(yè)委員會副主任，中國自動化學會控制理論專業(yè)委員會委員，目前擔任《IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》、《International Journal of Fuzzy Systems》和《Journal of Systems Science & Complexity》等多個國際知名期刊編委。2016年-2023年連續(xù)八年入選Clarivate Analytics “全球高被引科學家”名錄，遼寧杰出科技工作者，遼寧省教學名師，遼寧省優(yōu)秀教師，遼寧省最美教師，遼寧省“百千萬人才工程”百人層次人選，遼寧省高校優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員。

研究方向：智能控制理論及應用。主持國家自然科學基金聯(lián)合重點項目、國家重點研發(fā)課題等5項國家級課題，主持遼寧省“揭榜掛帥”科技攻關重大項目課題等省部級課題5項。在控制領域權威期刊Automatica和IEEE匯刊上發(fā)表論文100余篇，其中，1篇論文獲國際期刊《IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics》最佳論文獎；1篇論文獲國際期刊《IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》杰出論文獎；1篇論文獲國際期刊《IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics: Systems》最佳論文獎。出版教材及專著4部。獲教育部自然科學一等獎1項，二等獎1項，遼寧省自然科學二等獎1項，中國自動化學會科技進步一等獎1項，中國自動化學會青年科學家獎，遼寧青年科技獎，遼寧省教學成果特等獎1項，一等獎2項。
